WHERE WINNING
GOES BEYOND
THE SCOREBOARD | Rancho Cordova Youth Sports for Kids Ages 3-18
Building character, community, and competition through youth sports.
Sports build more than athletes. They build confidence, friendships, and leaders. At RCAA, competition is a classroom — and community is the outcome.
CHARACTER IS BUILT
WHEN NOBODY
IS WATCHING
"Sports don't build character. They reveal it. And then they give young people the chance to build more of it — day after day, season after season."
In Rancho Cordova, we've watched kids walk onto a soccer field at Hagan Park — nervous, uncertain — and walk off a season later with something that no report card can measure: confidence, accountability, and a team that believes in them.

Local Athletes. Local Coaches. Local Families.
We're not building a national brand.
We're building Rancho Cordova.
Every coach is a neighbor. Every field is a local landmark. Every game is a piece of community fabric that holds this city together. From Mather to Mitchell, from Cordova High to elementary school playgrounds — RCAA is everywhere kids are.

Every Child. Every Story.

EVERY DOT
IS A CHILD
The gold dots on this map represent youth who found their sport. The hollow red circles represent children who haven't yet.
RCAA uses geographic participation data to see where programs exist — and where they don't. Not to publish a report. To go there.
Hagan Park. Mills Park. Mitchell neighborhood. We know where the gaps are. And we're building toward every dot becoming a player.
