WE DON'T
RUN LEAGUES.
WE BUILD
COMMUNITY.
The Rancho Cordova Athletic Association was founded on a question most organizations never ask: which kids still aren't playing?

Most organizations ask:
"How many kids are playing?"
RCAA asks:
"Which kids still aren't?"
1 in 3 eligible youth in Rancho Cordova are not participating in organized athletics. That's not a sports problem. That's a community problem. And we've made it our mission to fix it.
Founded by local families and civic leaders, RCAA started as a single basketball league in Rancho Cordova.
Today, we operate 18 athletic programs, serve thousands of youth annually, and partner with CRPD, local schools, and community sponsors to ensure every child has a path to the field — regardless of background or ability.

Kids We Reach
Three Commitments.
One Community.
01
Study Participation
Most organizations count who's already playing. We study who isn't — and why. That distinction drives every decision we make.
02
Build Community
Sports are the vehicle. Community is the destination. Every league, every season, every game is a chance to deepen the bonds that hold Rancho Cordova together.
03
Measure Impact
We don't stop at registration numbers. We track character development, school performance, and long-term participation — because that's what real impact looks like.
Guided by Volunteers.
Powered by Passion.
RCAA is led by an all-volunteer board of directors — parents, educators, former athletes, and civic leaders who donate their time and expertise to ensure every program operates with excellence, transparency, and heart. No salaries. No corporate mandates. Just people who love this city and its children.
