EVERYTHING
YOU NEED
TO KNOW.

Your child's safety, growth, and happiness are our top priorities. Here's what RCAA parents can expect — and what we expect of ourselves.

You're not just dropping your child off at practice. You're trusting us with something irreplaceable. We take that trust seriously — and we earn it every day through transparency, communication, and the quality of the experience we deliver.

What to Expect

Our Commitments to You

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Every coach is background-checked and trained before they step onto a field. Facilities are inspected regularly. We maintain strict safety protocols at every practice and event — because your trust is the most important thing we carry.

Seasons & Schedules

Programs run year-round with seasonal variations. Each program page includes specific schedules. If you need help planning around school or family commitments, contact us — we'll make it work.

Fees & Financial Assistance

We keep fees as low as possible. Scholarships and sliding-scale options are available for qualifying families. No child is turned away for inability to pay. Ask us confidentially.

How We Communicate

You'll receive regular updates via email about schedules, cancellations, and your athlete's progress. We don't ghost families. If something changes, you'll hear from us first.

What Registration Requires

A completed online form, a medical clearance document, and a signed waiver. Our team reviews everything within 24 hours. We'll walk you through any step that's unclear.

Parent Support

Our parent liaison team is available by email or phone. If you have a concern about your child's experience, their placement, or anything else — reach out. We are responsive and we listen.

FAQs

Questions Parents
Ask Us Most

If your question isn't here, reach out directly. We respond quickly and we don't give corporate non-answers.

01

How do I register my child?

Complete the online registration form on the program's page, then submit the required medical clearance form and signed waiver. Our team reviews everything and confirms your spot within 24 hours. If anything is unclear, we'll walk you through it step by step.

02

What documents are required for registration?

A completed online registration form, a current medical clearance form signed by a physician, and a signed liability waiver. These are mandatory before your athlete can participate in any practice or game — no exceptions.

03

Is there a registration deadline?

Registration deadlines vary by program and season. We recommend registering early as spots fill up fast. Check each program's page for specific dates, or contact us if you're unsure about timing — we'll help you find the right fit.

04

What gear does my child need?

Gear requirements vary by sport. Each program page lists exactly what's needed — from cleats and mouthguards to gloves and helmets. When in doubt, reach out to the coach before purchasing anything. We'll never have you buy gear you don't actually need.

05

Is equipment provided or do we buy our own?

Most team equipment (balls, goals, nets) is provided. Personal gear like cleats, mouthguards, and athletic cups is typically the family's responsibility. Some programs loan specialty items — ask your coach what's available.

06

Are there uniform requirements?

Yes — most programs require a team uniform, which is included in the registration fee. Your coach will provide uniform details and distribution dates at the start of the season.

07

How do I contact my child's coach?

Each program's coach shares their contact information at the start of the season — typically via email and/or a team messaging app. You'll receive a welcome message with everything you need. If you ever can't reach your coach, contact our parent liaison team and we'll connect you.

08

What should I expect from coach communication?

Coaches provide regular updates on schedules, cancellations, and your athlete's progress — usually weekly via email or a team app. If something changes last minute, you'll hear from us directly. We don't ghost families.

09

Who do I contact if I have a concern about my child's experience?

Start with your child's coach. If the concern isn't resolved or you'd prefer to speak with someone else, our parent liaison team is available by email at Jason@CordovaCouncil.org or by phone. We are responsive, we listen, and we follow up.
