Synchronized swimming teaches girls that precision, artistry, and teamwork aren't just athletic skills — they're life skills.
There is no sport that demands more of a young athlete than synchronized swimming. You must be powerful enough to hold your teammate overhead — and graceful enough to make it look effortless. You must hold your breath while smiling. You must execute a routine you've practiced hundreds of times, while reading your teammates' bodies in real time, while music plays, while judges watch, while the crowd waits. And then you must do it again. The Cordettes don't just become swimmers. They become performers, leaders, and young women who know exactly what they are capable of.

What Your Child Carries
Off the Field
Every skill below transfers directly to school, relationships, and character. The sport is just the vehicle.
Precision Under Pressure
Every movement must be exact. Synchronized swimming builds a level of body awareness and control that transfers to every athletic endeavor.
Trust and Interdependence
You cannot fake synchronization. Your child will learn what real teamwork looks like — where success is genuinely impossible without everyone.
Artistic Expression
Synchro is where athletics meets performance. Girls learn to tell a story with their bodies, building creativity and emotional intelligence.
Physical Strength
Vertical positions, lifts, and sustained aquatic movement require extraordinary core strength, upper body power, and endurance.
Breath Control and Calm
Performing while managing breath and physical exertion builds the kind of calm-under-pressure that shows up everywhere in life.
Performance Confidence
Walking to the pool's edge knowing hundreds of people are watching — and performing anyway — is a transformative experience.
