Not Sport-Specific.
Athletic Development.
SAQ training is the science of making athletes faster, more agile, and quicker to react — regardless of what sport they play. Whether your child plays soccer, basketball, football, baseball, or runs track, the ability to accelerate, change direction, and react under pressure is what separates good athletes from great ones.
This isn't conditioning. It's not weightlifting. It's targeted athletic development that makes every other skill your child learns in their sport easier, faster, and more effective.

Speed Is a Skill
Speed isn't just genetics — it's mechanics. We teach athletes how to run, accelerate, and decelerate efficiently so they get faster regardless of their starting point.
Move Better
Agility Is Architecture
Every sport rewards athletes who can change direction without losing momentum. We build the movement foundations that make every other skill easier to learn.

Quickness Is the Edge
The athlete who reacts first wins. Reaction drills, decision training, and competitive repetition forge the split-second instincts that separate starters from bench players.
Six Components
of Athletic Development
Each session integrates multiple training components so athletes develop well-rounded speed, agility, and quickness — not just one isolated skill.
Sprint Mechanics
Acceleration technique, start positioning, and top-end speed development through proven progressions.
Agility Ladders
Footwork patterns that rewire how athletes move — faster feet, better coordination, sharper cuts.
Cone Drills
Change-of-direction training that builds the ability to stop, plant, and explode on a dime.
Resistance Band Training
Targeted resistance that builds explosive power in the muscles that drive sprint speed and lateral quickness.
Lateral Movement
Side-to-side mechanics that translate directly to every team sport — defense, cutting, and coverage.
Jump & Reaction Drills
Plyometric power and reactive decision training that sharpens the brain-body connection under pressure.
Built for Every Age.
Every Sport.
Elementary
Ages 8–11
Building movement foundations and confidence before bad habits set in.
Middle School
Ages 12–14
Developing speed and agility during the most critical athletic development years.
High School
Ages 15–18
Elite performance training for athletes competing for roster spots and scholarships.
Open to athletes ages 8 and older. Sessions are scheduled to complement seasonal sports participation — so your child can train for speed without missing their team practices or games.

Insight 01
The Power of a Tenth
Every tenth of a second matters.
At full speed, a 0.10-second improvement in a 40-yard sprint can equate to approximately one yard of separation.
That means the difference between a 5.2-second and a 4.9-second forty is roughly three yards.
Three yards can be the difference between being tackled and scoring.
We specialize in finding tenths.
Insight 02
Sports Are Played on One Foot
Most sports actions occur while athletes are moving.
Cutting. Jumping. Accelerating. Changing direction.
Rarely are both feet planted and stationary.
That's why our training emphasizes balance, body control, lateral movement, and explosive power from athletic positions that mirror real competition.
We train movement the way sports are actually played.
Insight 03
Speed Isn't Quickness
The fastest athlete is not always the most effective athlete.
The athletes who dominate are often the ones who reach top speed first. Most game-changing plays occur within the first few steps.
Our training focuses on acceleration, reaction time, agility, and explosive movement patterns that help athletes reach maximum speed sooner.
Show us an athlete who can reach full speed in four to six steps, and we may be looking at a future All-League, All-Section, or even All-American athlete.
We build athletes who get to top speed first.
