Head Coach
Lead a team through a full season. Responsible for practices, game strategy, and player development.
Commitment: 5–8 hrs/week · Season-long
Requirements: Background check, coaching certification (sport-specific)
Assistant Coach
Support the head coach with practices, drills, and game-day operations. Great entry point for new volunteers.
Commitment: 3–5 hrs/week · Season-long
Requirements: Background check
Team Parent / Coordinator
Manage team communications, snack schedules, and logistics so coaches can focus on coaching.
Commitment: 2–3 hrs/week · Season-long
Requirements: Background check
Event Volunteer
Help with tournaments, registration events, and community programs. Perfect for one-time or seasonal help.
Commitment: Event-based · Flexible
